Ripple: A new revenue source for libraries and schools
The Ripple web site that you are seeing now primarily serves authors and publishers. However, watching the demo will give you a taste of where we’re headed.
Our consumer site will launch in Fall 2009—and concurrently with that launch, we are introducing a special fundraising opportunity for public libraries and accredited schools.
You can apply for a dedicated Ripple link to include on your web site. Your organization will earn $1 every time a Ripple recording is sent to a child through this dedicated link.
Ripple will provide you with marketing tools to spread the word about your dedicated link, including templates for flyers, text for newsletter announcements and eye-catching spine labels for participating books.
